Main responsibilities/主要職責(zé)和工作內(nèi)容:
1.制定實(shí)施行政管理規(guī)章制度及督促、檢查制度的貫徹執(zhí)行;
2.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)公司行政團(tuán)隊(duì),負(fù)責(zé)公司行政后勤管理,如食堂、宿舍、門衛(wèi)、消防,安全等工作,(涉及到驗(yàn)廠、審核等);
3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)維修工和電工團(tuán)隊(duì),負(fù)責(zé)公司基建類管理工作,新增廠房基建,物業(yè)水電檢修、辦公室布置,辦公樓裝修管理等;
4.組織、協(xié)調(diào)公司年會(huì)、員工活動(dòng)、及各類會(huì)議,負(fù)責(zé)外聯(lián)工作及辦理公司所需各項(xiàng)證照;
5.負(fù)責(zé)下屬日常工作管理;
6.協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部其它行政后勤工作;
7.公司委派的其他任務(wù)。
1. To formulate rules and regulations of administrative departments and enforce them.
2. Lead the administrative team, be responsible for logistics management, such as canteen, dormitory, doorman, fire protection, safety, etc. (related to factory audit, audit, etc.)
3.Lead maintenance and electrician team, responsible for the company's infrastructure management, including new plant infrastructure, property water and electricity maintenance, office layout, office building decoration management, etc.
4. Organizeand coordinate company annual meeting, employee activities and variousmeetings, responsible for the external liaison work and the company requiredfor the license.
5. Responsible for daily work management of subordinates.
6.Coordinate other administrative and logistic work within the company.
7.Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements/任職資格:
1.身心健康,大專及以上學(xué)歷;
2.英語聽說讀寫熟練,口語流利優(yōu)先;
3.具備五年及以上行政管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有工貿(mào)一體公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4.有良好的溝通能力,服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng),有很好的耐心。

2. Good command ofspoken and written English.
3. At least 5 yearsof administrative management experience, preferably in an industrial or trading company.
4.Have good communication skills, strong sense of service, have good patience.
