Position Overview(職位概述): Responsible for recruiting senior management and professional technical talents, ensuring the company finds suitable candidates within the stipulated time frame. 負(fù)責(zé)高層管理人員和專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的招聘工作,確保公司在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)找到合適的候選人。 Main Responsibilities(主要職責(zé)): 1.Communicate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements. 與客戶溝通,了解他們的招聘需求和職位要求。 2.Develop recruitment strategies and plans, conduct market research, and identify potential candidates. 制定招聘策略和計(jì)劃,進(jìn)行市場調(diào)研,挖掘潛在候選人。 3.Post job information and screen resumes using various recruitment channels (e.g., job sites, social media, internal database). 使用各種招聘渠道(如招聘網(wǎng)站、社交媒體、內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫等)發(fā)布職位信息并篩選簡歷。 4.Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments of candidates, prepare recommendation reports, and recommend suitable candidates to clients. 進(jìn)行候選人初步面試和評(píng)估,撰寫推薦報(bào)告并向客戶推薦合適的人選。 5.Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, track interview progress, and provide timely feedback on interview results. 安排并協(xié)調(diào)候選人與客戶的面試,跟蹤面試進(jìn)展,及時(shí)反饋面試結(jié)果。 6.Maintain good communication with candidates, assist in salary negotiations, and prepare for onboarding. 與候選人保持良好的溝通,協(xié)助薪酬談判及入職準(zhǔn)備。 7.Maintain and manage the candidate database, build a talent reserve. 維護(hù)和管理候選人數(shù)據(jù)庫,建立人才儲(chǔ)備。 8.Stay updated on industry trends and market changes, providing consulting services and recruitment advice. 關(guān)注行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)和市場變化,提供咨詢服務(wù)和招聘建議。 Requirements(任職要求): 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)先考慮人力資源管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in headhunting or human resources, with experience in high-end position recruitment preferred. 至少3年以上獵頭或人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有高端職位招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships. 具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力,善于建立和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。 4.Strong market analysis and judgment skills, capable of effectively identifying and attracting outstanding talents. 具有較強(qiáng)的市場分析能力和判斷力,能夠有效識(shí)別和吸引優(yōu)秀人才。 5.Familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools, with a good team spirit. 熟悉各種招聘渠道和工具,具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 6.Results-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. 結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具有高度的責(zé)任心和抗壓能力。 Salary and Benefits(薪資待遇): 1.Competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance bonuses, and benefits. 提供具有競爭力的薪酬待遇,包括基本工資、績效獎(jiǎng)金和福利待遇。 2.Opportunities for career development and training, supporting personal growth and career advancement. 提供職業(yè)發(fā)展和培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì),支持個(gè)人成長和職業(yè)晉升。 NOTICE: Please send your resume in both Chinese and English to: ********************* 請(qǐng)將您的中英文簡歷發(fā)送至:*********************
