Responsibilities:
- Events: lead and support OSS events organization, such as trade show, road show, opening ceremonies, customer seminars, conferences, tech-days, sponsoring activities, promotion, product launch and corporate events etc. (5-10 events per year).
- Artwork: design needed material to support events preparations, such as roll-ups, posters etc. (requests coming in weekly basis).
- Business support: eager to learn and cooperate with sales colleagues, search for creative marketing solutions to support business growth proactively.
- Translation: newsletters, brochures, company information, websites when needed.
- Social media: creative and familiar to maintain the company social media platforms, such as WeChat account (weekly), BiliBili.
- Internal and external communication: share and distribute internal news properly, work closely with external parties such as media and associations to maximize company brand exposure.
- Other relevant works assigned by marketing manager.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in marketing or related role in B2B industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Organize event independently.
- Basic sense of supervision.
- Good English speaking and written skills.
- Professional skills at PS, INDESIGN, PPT.
- Willing to learn, support business and handle challenges.
- Willing to travel domestically for exhibitions and marketing activities, 5-10 times per year.
- Responsible, reliable, proactive, creative, strong teamwork and hardworking.
