職位描述:
1、Define design philosophy aligned to the Brand DNA for all product categories
根據(jù)品牌戰(zhàn)略及DNA,梳理并定義所有產(chǎn)品系列的設計邏輯
2、Establish product vision and strategy for the team
建立產(chǎn)品發(fā)展愿景和戰(zhàn)略,并持續(xù)與設計團隊、供應鏈團隊溝通
3、Provide strategic direction, leadership, mentorship and inspiration to the design team, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement promoting professional growth and development of the team
管理、指引、激勵整個設計團隊,建立具有創(chuàng)新意識、團隊協(xié)作、不斷進取的團隊氛圍
4、Establish, maintain and nurture the design direction as well as ongoing fast turn product - to achieve the key goals of being “Technical, Inclusive and Classy”
指引并負責、無論是常規(guī)線,或是快反線,可以持續(xù)匹配“高能專業(yè)、包容實穿、格調(diào)颯爽“的產(chǎn)品策略
5、Partner with product team and marketing team while directing design approach to create compelling product stories on a seasonal and annual basis.
與產(chǎn)品團隊、市場團隊,共同打造季度/年度,具有用戶吸引力的產(chǎn)品故事
6、Manage the design process budget, including design cost, to deliver on financial targets and KPI including gross margin, style complexity, seasonal concepting and ultimately sell-through of product
以產(chǎn)品成本、產(chǎn)品動銷為目標,管理產(chǎn)品設計開發(fā)的全鏈路,包括但不限于:設計企劃、成本管理、設計圖稿、工藝交接、樣衣開發(fā)、上市資料等,
7、Conceptualize and develop visual concepts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
與市場團隊協(xié)作,依據(jù)品牌指引,管理第三方輸出符合的品牌視覺、產(chǎn)品搭配、產(chǎn)品拍攝及陳列方案
任職要求:
1、服裝設計相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學歷,海外學習或工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
2、具備2年以上設計團隊管理經(jīng)驗,運動服裝行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
3、具有以消費者需求為導向的規(guī)劃及決策能力
4、具有發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決問題,結(jié)果導向的執(zhí)行能力
5、具備高端品牌或者新消費品牌的工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
6、熱愛運動
