What a Supply Chain Operation does at HP:
Drive manufacturing partners to ensure on time delivery of products, maximize revenue shipment and meet market share commit.
Support NPI Programs (factory resources, part in-house etc).
Manage Factory capacity (production line optimizations, DL allocations etc) to meet business needs.
Drive/support mitigation effort for business continuity.
