崗位職責(zé):
1、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理做好綜合、協(xié)調(diào)管理各部門工作和處理日常事務(wù);
2、及時(shí)收集和了解各部門的工作動(dòng)態(tài),協(xié)助總經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)各部門之間有關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)工作,掌握全公司主要活動(dòng)情況,并提出處理意見(jiàn)或建議,供總經(jīng)理決策;
3、負(fù)責(zé)上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)和對(duì)接客戶的接待、參觀工作,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理與對(duì)外部門建立良好的合作關(guān)系,并負(fù)責(zé)做好公司來(lái)賓的接待;
4、根據(jù)公司宣傳工作的中心任務(wù)或重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行相關(guān)的文案策劃,撰寫策劃文案;
5、做好各類辦公會(huì)議和重要活動(dòng)的組織工作,負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議紀(jì)錄的起草、發(fā)布,并檢查督促會(huì)議決議的貫徹實(shí)施;
6、負(fù)責(zé)編寫公司對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外文件、宣傳資料、PPT及總經(jīng)理需要的其他公文;
7、負(fù)責(zé)完成集團(tuán)所需要的各類經(jīng)營(yíng)報(bào)表和匯報(bào)材料;
8、負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)內(nèi)外的公文辦理,解決來(lái)信、來(lái)訪事宜,及時(shí)處理、匯報(bào);
9、完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職資格:
1、40-45歲為最佳,能力優(yōu)可放寬(男、女不限)
2、大專及以上學(xué)歷,建筑工程、管理類相關(guān)專業(yè),最好有建筑工程類公司同崗位工作經(jīng)歷。
3、做事踏實(shí)細(xì)心、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)自律、有條理性,具有極強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神。
4、能承受平時(shí)工作壓力,具備解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的能力,獨(dú)立工作能力,工作推進(jìn)能力和極強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力。
6、能及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、圓滿、出色的完成本職工作以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的其它工作。
工作職責(zé):協(xié)助上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做好濟(jì)南市周邊區(qū)縣市場(chǎng)服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)支持、銷售、管理等工作。 任職資格: (1)醫(yī)藥類相關(guān)專業(yè)或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷,年齡不超過(guò)40周歲。 (2)5年以上藥品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力,工作責(zé)任心和抗壓能力強(qiáng),有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。 (3)激情、高效、擔(dān)當(dāng),并具有正常履職的身體條件和心理素質(zhì)。遵紀(jì)守法,清正廉潔,無(wú)違法犯罪記錄。 (4)中共黨員優(yōu)先。
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour Profile:? Bachelor degree and above. ? 3 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment? International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus. ? Experience in international working environment is a plus? Fluent English speaking with strong communication skills ? Familar with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)? Knowledge of Financing / project commercial will be value added? Admin and time management experience Your Responsibilities:Incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail/fax)- receive, open, sort all incoming mail- bring to the attention of DT GM any important requests for action ensure despatch of outgoing mail Time Management-Update department head and manager's working calendar; Organize/coordinate meeting schedule of GM; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events. Travel organization for department and other VIP visitors-Book hotels, flights, transportations; Prepare travel expense report Office administration work-Order stationeries and pantry supplies; Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups; Organize driver's working schedule and other departmental issues. Preparation of documents in assistance to DT GM- Prepare drafts of letters, memos, faxes, reports for the DT GM upon request- prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by DT GM upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly after approved from DT GM.
