崗位職責：
1、負責其功能領域內(nèi)主要目標和計劃的制定及執(zhí)行；
2、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略，分析市場環(huán)境，整合公司及外部資源，負責大客戶權益體系搭建完善及市場開拓；
3、協(xié)助上級完成對重點客戶進行規(guī)劃，實現(xiàn)購物中心重點客戶銷量及利潤目標；
4、策劃組織推廣及會員營銷活動方案，不斷探索和實踐有效的消費者溝通模式，促進業(yè)績持續(xù)提升；
5、維護購物中心VIP客戶關系，定期進行客戶拜訪，通過會員數(shù)據(jù)分析，實現(xiàn)二次開發(fā)；
6、根據(jù)客戶需求，提供精準及個性化服務，建立客戶全生命周期管理；
任職要求：
1、大專及以上學歷，市場營銷等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、了解商業(yè)購物中心運營機制，具備3年以上渠道銷售或會員管理工作經(jīng)驗，有豐富客戶資源者優(yōu)先；
3、具備獨立分析及解決問題的能力，市場感覺敏銳，有良好的溝通技巧及組織能力；
4、具備優(yōu)秀的自我驅動力，責任心強，能夠采取積極行動以達成全年關鍵指標，具備較強的抗壓能力。
